How To Make Tandoori Chicken Wings
We make Tandoori style chicken wings in a conventional oven. This is a great combination of Indian curry spices with a favorite football snack.

- 1 lb Chicken Wings
- 3/4 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Tbls Garlic ground
- 1 Tbls Ginger ground
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Fenugreek
- 1 Tbls Chile Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbls Lemon Juice
- Chopped Cilantro for garnish
Put the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl.
Put the yogurt, garlic paster and ginger paste in a small mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients except the cilantro and mix well.
Pour the yogurt sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400° with the rack in the upper third of the oven. Cover a broiling pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Spread the chicken out on the pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Turn the oven setting to broil and cook for 3 to 5 minutes more to finish the chicken.
