How To Make Green Goddess Salad Dressing

This herbacious Green Goddess dressing is a nice change from the acidic and vinegar based flavors of most of our dressings.

Materials

  • 3/4 Cup Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup of Chopped Mixed Herbs: Cilantro Parsley, Chives, etc.
  • 2 Tbls Chopped Tarragon Leaves
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

Instructions

  • Put the yogurt in the bowl of a small food processor or blender
  • Add the mixed herbs, tarragon, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Blend until fairly smooth.
  • Put in a covered bowl and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour before using.
