How To Make Green Goddess Salad Dressing
This herbacious Green Goddess dressing is a nice change from the acidic and vinegar based flavors of most of our dressings.

- 3/4 Cup Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup of Chopped Mixed Herbs: Cilantro Parsley, Chives, etc.
- 2 Tbls Chopped Tarragon Leaves
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Put the yogurt in the bowl of a small food processor or blender
Add the mixed herbs, tarragon, garlic, salt and pepper.
Blend until fairly smooth.
Put in a covered bowl and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour before using.
