Description
This herbacious Green Goddess dressing is a nice change from the acidic and vinegar based flavors of most of our dressings.

- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- 3/4 cup of Chopped Mixed Herbs: Cilantro, Parsley, Chives, etc.
- 2 Tbls Chopped Tarragon Leaves
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Instructions
- Put the yogurt in the bowl of a small food processor or blender
- Add the mixed herbs, tarragon, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Blend until fairly smooth.
- Put in a covered bowl and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour before using.
