- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1.5 oz orange liquer-preferrably Cointreau
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Ice
- Float of Grand Marnier
- Salt rim of glass coarse salt works great
Salt the rim of a pint glass (or 2 rocks glasses)
Add 1.5 oz lime juice to a cocktail shaker
Add 2 oz tequila
Add 1.5 oz countreau
Add 1 oz simple syrup
Add ice to shaker
Shake gently
Pour into prepared glass
Float Grand Marnier over the top
Garnish with a lime wedge
