Materials

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbls Tamarind Pulp

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir well to combine.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
