- Insta Pot or Pressure Cooker
Put the broil rack in the cooking pot and place in the insta pot.
Place the eggs on the rack.
Put the pressure lid on and lock into place with the vent set to 'seal'.
Select the Pressure function, set the time to 5 minutes and press start.
When the five minutes are done set the steam to 'vent' and vent for 5 minutes.
Remove the eggs to an ice water bath.
When the eggs are cool, peel them.
