Materials
1CupGluten Free Flour
1/2CupSliced Almonds
1/4CupSugar
6TablespoonsCold Butter
1/2tspAlmond Extract
1/4tspSalt
3TblsCold Water
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor combine the flour, almonds, sugar and salt. Pulse to break up the almonds and combine the ingredients. Add the almond extract and butter. Pulse until the butter is smaller than a small pea. With the food processor running, add the water. Process until the doiugh forms a ball.
Press the dough into a 9 1/2 inch tart pan.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Place on a cooling rack to cool.
