Coffee Martini With Dalgona Coffee
This is a nice variation of the Espresso Martini, floating the Dalgona Coffee on top of the martini.

Dalgona ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Coffee Martini Ingredients:
- 2 ounces coffee cooled
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Irish Cream like Baileys
- 1 Tablespoon Blend granulated sugar and instant coffee for rim
Make the Dalgona Coffee: Put the water, sugar and instant coffee into the cup of the immersion blender. Blend with the whisk attachment until thick and foamy.Rim the Glasses: Mix even small amounts of instant coffee and sugar in a shallow dish. Wet the rim of two martini glasses with a little bit of cold coffee. Roll the martini glasses in the instant coffee and sugar mixture.Make the Coffee Martini: Put the coffee, vodka, kahlua and irish cream into a cocktail shaker. Add some ice and shake thoroughly.Strain the liquid into your prepared martini glasses. Enjoy!
