Chipotle Ranch Dressing and Dip

This is a great dressing that utilizes the rich, spicy taste of chipotle as the star. Buttermilk dresses it up.

Materials

  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbls Chipotle
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro packed
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Granules
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Add the buttermilk and sour cream to the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  • Add the chipotle and cilantro.
  • Add the spices.
  • Squeeze half a lime into the food processor
  • Blend until smooth.
