Cherry Tomato Caprese Salad
This Caprese Salad is great for the summertime when we have an abundance of cherry tomatoes. Add some mozzarella balls and basil and you have a quick and easy delicious meal.

- 30 Cherry Tomatoes
- 15 Mozzarella balls
- 6 large Basil Leaves
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbls Olive Oil
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters
Cut the mozzarella balls into halves
Combine tomatoes and mozzarella in a large serving bowl
Stack the basil leaves, roll them up and cut thin slices across the roll. Add the slices to the salad bowl.
Stir to combine
Add salt, pepper and olive oil. Stir well.
Garnish with edible flowers and serve.
