Cherry Tomato Caprese Salad

This Caprese Salad is great for the summertime when we have an abundance of cherry tomatoes. Add some mozzarella balls and basil and you have a quick and easy delicious meal.

Materials

  • 30 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 15 Mozzarella balls
  • 6 large Basil Leaves
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbls Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters
  • Cut the mozzarella balls into halves
  • Combine tomatoes and mozzarella in a large serving bowl
  • Stack the basil leaves, roll them up and cut thin slices across the roll. Add the slices to the salad bowl.
  • Stir to combine
  • Add salt, pepper and olive oil. Stir well.
  • Garnish with edible flowers and serve.
