Materials

  • Marrow bones
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place the bones on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  • Using a small spoon, remove the marrow from the bones into a mixing bowl. Scrape the remaining marrow off the parchment paper and put it in the bowl.
  • Using an electric mixer, whip the bone marrow butter.
  • Put in a container and store in the refrigerator.
