Description
When there is access to fresh mangos this is a great cocktail to make.

Mango Puree:
- 1 1/2 cups Mango pieces
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice.
Margarita:
- 1 1/2 ox Mango Puree
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 2 oz Tequila
- 3/4 cup Ice
Instructions
- Make the mango puree. Put the mango pieces and orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add all the margarita ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Pour into a pint glass with a salted rim (salted rim is optional)
- Garnish with lime wedge or wheel.
