This is a great dressing that utilizes the rich, spicy taste of chipotle as the star. Buttermilk dresses it up.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbls Chipotle
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, packed
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Granules
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Add the buttermilk and sour cream to the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  2. Add the chipotle and cilantro.
  3. Add the spices.
  4. Squeeze half a lime into the food processor
  5. Blend until smooth.
