Description

A simple syrup with tamarind added for flavor.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbls Tamarind Pulp

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir well to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
