Description
Spicy Garlic Shrimp is an easy meal that combines shrimp, garlic and chile flakes in a delicious flavor explosion. Serve with cauliflower rice for a super healthy meal. This dish is very quick to make as well.

- 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbls Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- Zest and Juice From 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Chile Flakes
- 1 Tbls Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tbls Chopped Cilantro
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of the shrimp
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot add the shrimp to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds and then turn the shrimp over.
- Add the garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chile flakes, parsley and cilantro. Stir well and remove the pan from the heat.
Notes
You can use any herbs you like for this. You could use just parsley or just cilantro.
