Description
Our margarita recipe has just the right balance of sweet, sour and tequila.

- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1.5 oz orange liquer-preferrably Cointreau
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Ice
- Float of Grand Marnier
- Salt rim of glass (coarse salt works great)
Instructions
- Salt the rim of a pint glass (or 2 rocks glasses)
- Add 1.5 oz lime juice to a cocktail shaker
- Add 2 oz tequila
- Add 1.5 oz countreau
- Add 1 oz simple syrup
- Add ice to shaker
- Shake gently
- Pour into prepared glass
- Float Grand Marnier over the top
- Garnish with a lime wedge
