Description

Bone Marrow Butter is a sensational ingredient that can elevate your plate and it is easy to make.


Ingredients

  • Marrow bones
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the bones on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Using a small spoon, remove the marrow from the bones into a mixing bowl. Scrape the remaining marrow off the parchment paper and put it in the bowl.
  4. Using an electric mixer, whip the bone marrow butter.
  5. Put in a container and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Bone marrow butter can be eaten straight, put on toast, put it on a steak for extra flavor.
