- Marrow bones
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place the bones on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Using a small spoon, remove the marrow from the bones into a mixing bowl. Scrape the remaining marrow off the parchment paper and put it in the bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, whip the bone marrow butter.
- Put in a container and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
Bone marrow butter can be eaten straight, put on toast, put it on a steak for extra flavor.
